Your welcome wedding reception is hosted in the private Art Gallery with direct access from Ormond Quay through stunning Oak doors. The perfect spot for a champagne and canapés reception. This space spills in to a private Courtyard Garden which in turn leads in to the main event room Printworks.

Printworks can seat up to 180 wedding guests or can be made into a smaller space to suit a more intimate wedding. Printworks offers an oak floor and white walls. This blank canvas can be dressed, themed or lit to your own personal preference.

The Morrison is also approved for civil ceremonies & is located just across the river from City Hall.

Wedding Venues

Welcome receptions are hosted in the private Art Gallery with direct access from Ormond Quay through stunning Oak doors. With it oak floors, white walls & high ceilings The Art Gallery lends itself perfectly as an area to use for a drinks reception or to take some memorable photographs of your special day. This space spills in to a private Courtyard Garden which in turn leads in to the main event room “Printworks”.

“Printworks” can seat up to 180 wedding guests. This wedding venue in Dublin offers an oak floor and white walls and can be dressed, themed or lit to your own personal preference. There are a choice of wedding packages with prices starting from €73 per person. There is a second space called Halo which is available for a more intimate or medium sized wedding dinner. This space can accommodate a maximum of 80 people. With high ceilings, floods of natural daylight & a mix of eclectic art this space is perfect for couples looking for something that little bit different.

LGBT Weddings

In May 2015, Ireland made history by becoming the first country in the world to introduce full civil marriage equality for all, regardless of their sexual orientation, by popular vote in a referendum and this news that was welcomed by the team at the Morrison.

We have regularly hosted celebrations of gay, lesbian and straight couples in the past and are delighted that our team can now celebrate equally the union of all couples, who wish to celebrate their special day with us. Civil Ceremonies at The Morrison

The Morrison Hotel Dublin is delighted to announce that we are now able to offer the hotel as a Civil Ceremony venues Dublin. Since a change in law in November 2007 Civil Ceremonies can now be held in venues other than Registry Offices. In order for a civil ceremony to be held in the hotel, every couple wishing to use the venue must first contact a registration office & apply to use the hotel as the venue for their Civil Wedding Ceremony.

The Morrison Hotel has a number of different options available to suit every couple hoping to have a Civil Ceremony on site in the hotel. We can cater for smaller intimate ceremonies or large numbers of up to 240 people depending on the couple’s requirements.
We can also offer a number of different areas following the ceremony for the Wedding Dinner. Halo is available for an intimate or medium sized wedding dinner. Halo also has an adjoining room that can be used for evening drinks & dancing.

Halo seats up to 80 people. Due to its unique style & funky design it is the perfect venue for couples looking for something that little bit different. For larger numbers Printworks offers a modern venue complete with its own stylish Courtyard Garden attached.

With Printworks you also have access to the stunning Art Gallery. With it oak floors, white walls & high ceilings it lends itself perfectly as a perfect area to use for a drinks reception or to take some memorable photographs of your special day. Printworks can cater for numbers of up to 180 people. With modern bespoke rooms The Morrison is the perfect choice for holding your Civil Ceremony & Wedding Dinner.
