A hidden gem, Dance Limerick in John’s Square is located in the heart of Limerick city, close to the famous Milk Market. Originally built in 1852, as a former Church of Ireland church, it is now a dedicated dance and event space.

With its high ceilings, lofty arches and large wooden floor, the building beautifully transforms into a chic and unusual venue for wedding ceremonies and small scale wedding parties.
Renovated to a high standard in recent years, the building retains all of its original architectural and design features, such as carved stone pillars, the dome shaped altar with painted ceiling and fabulous wooden beams. Its original surrounding grounds are maintained by Limerick Civic Trust and are ideal for some unexpected and quirky photo opportunities.
